1. Ordering & Personalization

  • How can I add a personal message to my order? During the checkout process, you will find a “Gift Message” box. We hand-write your notes on our signature stationery to add that extra touch of elegance.
  • Can I customize a bouquet? Absolutely. If you have a specific vision or a favorite flower, please contact our Floral Concierge at info@thelondonbloom.com. We love creating bespoke arrangements.
  • Do I need an account to place an order? No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and save addresses for future celebrations.

2. Delivery & Tracking

  • Where do you deliver? We currently offer premium delivery across Greater London and selected surrounding areas. For international inquiries, please contact our team.
  • How much does delivery cost? Our standard delivery fee is £12.99. This ensures your arrangement is transported in a climate-controlled environment by our dedicated couriers to maintain its pristine condition.
  • Can you deliver same day? Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT). After this time, your order will be scheduled for the earliest available slot the following day.
  • Can I choose a specific delivery time? We offer “Morning” and “Afternoon” delivery windows. For specific timed deliveries (e.g., for an event), please select our Priority Delivery service at checkout.
  • Do you deliver to hospitals? Yes, we do. However, please check the specific hospital’s policy regarding fresh flowers before ordering. Ensure you provide the ward name and room number to guarantee your bouquet reaches the recipient.
  • What happens if the recipient is not home? If a safe place is available, our courier will leave the bouquet there and notify the recipient. If not, we will attempt to leave it with a neighbor or contact you for redelivery instructions.
  • Can I change the delivery address? We can update the delivery address if the order has not yet left our studio. Please contact our team at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.

3. Quality & Care

  • How long will my flowers last? With proper care, most of our bouquets flourish for 5 to 7 days. Some varieties, like lilies and orchids, can last even longer.
  • How should I care for my flowers and plants? Trim the stems at a 45-degree angle, change the water daily, and keep them away from direct sunlight. For plants, each comes with a specific care card to help them thrive in your home.
  • My order arrived damaged, what do I do? We are truly sorry to hear this. Please take a photo of the arrangement and email it to us at info@thelondonbloom.com within 24 hours of receipt. We will prioritize a replacement or a store credit for you immediately.
  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).

4. Sustainability & Ethics

How does the “One Bouquet, One Tree” program work? For every order placed, a portion of the proceeds is donated to global reforestation projects. You are literally helping the world breathe with every purchase.

Are your flowers sustainably sourced? Yes. As part of our “Growing a Better Tomorrow” initiative, we prioritize seasonal blooms from sustainable farms and use plastic-free, recyclable packaging.
