Refund and Returns Policy
At The London Bloom, we strive for floral perfection. Since our products are handcrafted with fresh, living elements, we have tailored our policy to reflect the delicate nature of our blooms while ensuring your complete satisfaction.
1. Freshness Guarantee
We take immense pride in the quality of our flowers. If your bouquet arrives damaged or does not meet our freshness standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide a clear photograph of the arrangement and your order number to info@thelondonbloom.com.
2. Returns of Perishable Goods
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and floral arrangements, we generally cannot accept physical returns.
- Once a bouquet has been delivered, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
- However, if there is a verified quality issue, we will happily offer a complimentary replacement or a store credit for your next purchase.
3. Non-Perishable Items
For non-floral items such as vases, candles, or accessories:
- You may return these items within 14 days of receipt.
- The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Return shipping costs for non-perishable items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
4. Cancellations & Modifications
We understand that plans can change.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
- Same-Day/Next-Day Orders: Orders placed for immediate delivery cannot be cancelled once the arrangement has been crafted by our florists.
- To modify or cancel an order, please contact our concierge team immediately.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
- We do not offer cash refunds.
6. Unsuccessful Deliveries
The London Bloom is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the sender. Redelivery may incur an additional fee.
If the recipient is not at the location, our couriers will attempt to leave the bouquet in a safe place or with a neighbor, and a notification card will be left.
