We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

2. Products & Seasonal Availability

  • Floral Variation: Flowers are a natural product. While we strive to match the images on our website, slight variations in color, shade, and bloom size may occur.
  • Substitutions: Occasionally, specific flowers may be unavailable due to seasonal shifts or market conditions. In such cases, our expert florists reserve the right to substitute with flowers of equal or greater value, ensuring the overall aesthetic and quality of the arrangement remains unchanged.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices: All prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but these changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  • Payment: We accept major credit/debit cards. Payment must be cleared in full before an order is dispatched.
  • Delivery Fee: A standard delivery fee of £12.99 applies to orders within Greater London unless stated otherwise during a promotion.

4. Delivery Policy

  • Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and a contact telephone number for the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
  • Hospital/Office Deliveries: Deliveries to public institutions are subject to the specific facility’s internal policies. Our responsibility ends when the bouquet is accepted by the reception or front desk.
  • Unsuccessful Delivery: If the recipient is not home, our courier will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbor. A calling card will be left to notify the recipient.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
  • Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds for change of mind after delivery. If you have a quality concern, please report it within 24 hours with photographic evidence to info@thelondonbloom.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images (including those of Suzy and Ema), and software, is the property of The London Bloom and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any materials is strictly prohibited.
